FINANCIAL POLICY AT BROCK DENTAL
We provide comprehensive care at a reasonable cost to our patients; therefore, payment is due when service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. For patients requiring major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Upon receipt of funds from your insurance company, a monthly statement will be sent to you. It is your responsibility to pay any remaining balance. Your prompt remittance is appreciated. For your convenience, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Interac and cheques.
